The company maintains Client Services, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product Management functions in Cleveland, OH. The Technology Development and Operations office is located in the Silicon Valley area of California.
Flash Seats launched for the 2006-2007 season with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Over 110,000 fans have used the system to enter Cleveland Cavaliers games to date.
